FAQ

  • Domestic purchases ship via FedEx Ground or UPS within 2-3 business days once your order is placed.  All work is packed professionally to industry standards for fragile work. If a piece is damaged in transit, please contact me to discuss a refund or replacement. Please contact me for international shipping rates.

  • Please contact me if you are not happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and insurance is recommended. Credit or a refund for your purchase will be issued when I receive the item in its original condition. There is no credit given for the original shipping costs nor the return shipping costs.

  • I do teach workshops now and then. Please email me to discuss scheduling a workshop at a school or studio near you! Or check out the WORKSHOPS page for access to pre-recorded workshops.

  • The work is made to be used so go ahead and style them with some flowers and branches. You can clean the pieces with a damp cloth or any cleaning solution.

  • While a studio practice based on making ceramic objects may not be inherently sustainable in today's context, I am committed to minimizing the environmental impact of my studio practice. To mitigate the carbon footprint of my business, I employ electric kilns powered by solar energy to fire each piece. Additionally, I prioritize using reclaimed packing material from local businesses as much as possible. As my business evolves, I will continue to implement systems to reduce my environmental impact.
